Appointment Reminder System: Clients will receive a reminder by SMS, 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointments.

They are required to confirm by replying YES to that message or cancel/re-schedule by contacting the provided number in the text message before 48 business hours of the appointment.

Late Cancellation Fee:

Cancellations with less than 48 business hours’ notice will be charged full session fee. The cancellation fee is completely out of pocket. Not rebated by Medicare or private fund.

Such regulations are in place to ensure the appointments are kept available for other clients who need them and to respect your psychologist’s time.
